Meal plans can be a useful tool, especially in the beginning stages of a new dietary protocol. I create plans tailored specifically to you and your current needs to help you gain the most benefit for the least effort.

The right meal plan has the added benefit of encouraging client compliance, leading to better, faster results! I also love educating my clients to make their own meal plans, and include recipes that are relevant to your goals in every treatment plan to keep you inspired.

2 Week Custom Meal Plan

$225 — includes:
1 x 45min Initial Intake Call – where we discuss your goals, a brief health history, and any other relevant info
1 x 2 Week Custom Meal Plan – tailored to you and your goals, with recipes
1 x 30min Follow Up Call – to check in on how the plan is working for you, and to make any necessary changes

Depending on your specific dietary protocol, you may also receive resources for batch cooking, shopping, using leftovers, and more. You will also receive a blank template to create your own meal plans when you’re ready!

4 Week Custom Meal Plan

$275 — includes:
